At Form, our mission is to create sewing patterns that celebrate every body. To ensure that our designs fit as many makers as possible, we offer an Inclusive Sizing Policy

How It Works

• Customers may submit their body measurements to help us improve our size range.

• In appreciation for contributing to our size research, we will provide one free digital pattern customized to your submitted measurements

• This pattern, like all our patterns, is for personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or redistributed.

Guidelines For Submission

• Measurements must be submitted using our official sizing form.

• We ask for accuracy and honesty-please take your measurements carefully or ask for assistance to ensure the best possible fit.

• Your measurements will be used for pattern grading and fit development purposes only. We will never share or sell your information.

Limitations

• One free custom pattern is available per person who submits measurements

• Custom patterns may take additional processing time compared to standard size downloads.

• Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available on free patterns.

• Submissions are voluntary. You are welcome to shop from our standard size range without participating.
